Century 21 A-1 Western Realtors is independently owned and operated by Mary Kay Riley. The business was originated in 1968 as Western Realty and became a Century 21® franchised office in December 1975. We have been in business in Amarillo for over 42 years.
We have 10 Professional sales agents and we are affiliated with the Local, State and National ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS ®, Multiple Listing Service, Amarillo Chamber of Commerce Better Business Bureau, as well as being named a VIP® Designated CENTURY 21® office.
All of our Agents at CENURY 21® are required to go through extensive training in the areas of sales, finance, marketing and relocation.
In addition to our Professional Real Estate Team, we also offer services in property management and relocation/referral services.
Our Amarillo office has received the CENTURY 21® Quality Service award since it’s existence and we are proud to have earned the CENTURY 21® Quality Service Pinnacle Award from 1996 to 2000.
